The Trash Information Network is an electronic information service designed to promote trade by bringing buyers and sellers (suppliers) together using the Internet.
The Trash Information Network and Cooksmill NetSystems Inc assume no liability for errors, omissions and/or misinterpretations pertaining to Trash Information Network listings.
The Trash Information Network and Cooksmill NetSystems Inc assume no responsibility for any and all details, agreements, and terms between the buyer and seller of materials listed in the Exchange.
The Trash Information Network reserves the right to exclude any or all listing submissions.

Buy Sell Trade Listing Submissions

The Trash Information Network is a membership based regional information exchange servicing companies and individuals who BUY / SELL / TRADE commodities, materials, goods and services relevant to this industry.
There is no charge for posting a Wanted or Available listing in the Exchange. In order to receive the full contact information of users who reply to a listing, the listing owner must be a Member of the Trash Information Network.

Adding Your Buy/Sell/Trade Listing

  • any company or individual with access to the Internet may submit a Buy/Sell/Trade or Wanted/Available listing in the Exchange
  • all listings are logically organized and may be freely viewed by visitors to the Exchange
  • all listings submitted to the Trash Information Network must have a valid email address and valid contact information
  • Users of the Trash Information Network may post up to 5 Exchange listings every 30 days. Additional listings may be posted when 1 or more of the 5 listings expire.
  • replies or inquiries made to each Exchange Listing are emailed directly to the submitter of the listing

Rejections

Trash Information Network reserves the right to exclude any or all listing submissions. Listings may be rejected for several reasons. The most common reasons are outlined below:
  • listing was too general -- listings must be for specific Buy or Sell orders because this is a trading system
  • listing included company promotional information in listing,
    e.g. web site address
  • listing included company contact information in the content-body of the ad
  • listing included invalid contact information in the business card section of the form
  • listing is not applicable to the desired category
  • listing duplicates another listing submitted in the past
  • listing included profanity or other unacceptable language
  • etc.

Replying To A Buy/Sell/Trade Listing

  • Members may reply to a listing by entering their email address and completing the Exchange reply form provided for each listing
  • a valid reply must be a direct response to the item that has been posted
  • replies to listings from anyone who responds en-mass to listings with general replys like call me will be rejected
  • replies to listings from anyone who is attempting to solicit some product or service will be rejected.
